Know Your Numbers: Exploring High Blood Pressure and Related Health Concerns (10/21)

Excellent customer service helps us retain both our students and our talented staff. In this highly interactive workshop, you will revitalize your commitment to customer service, practice techniques to hone your skills, share best practices and have fun learning from and with others. Donna Colombel, organization development specialist, will share specific actions you can take to excel at customer service.

You will gain an appreciation for expanding your view of the “customer,” identify behaviors that constitute excellent service, assess personal customer service strengths and development areas, practice using good customer service techniques, expand awareness of your own power and responsibility to make a positive difference and develop a personal action plan to enhance customer service back on the job.

The workshop will be Tuesday, October 27, 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m., in the University Center, Room 312.

Register by Monday, October 19.
