You will leave feeling empowered to get organized without being intimidated by the process. Co-sponsored by the Erickson School and Human Resources.

Peace on Earth: How to Have a Stress-Free Holiday Season (11/10)

The holidays can often be a time of stress for many of us.  While we are being encouraged to “celebrate the holiday spirit,” it is more likely we are doing our best simply to survive without going into debt, floundering in family tension, feeling overwhelmed with extra tasks, or putting on an extra seven pounds.

In this interactive workshop, Josh Rothschild of Stress Management Consultants will teach you how to deal with “Holiday Stress,” how to change lifestyle habits that keep us stuck, and how to make a personalized plan for peace and well-being that will work. This session will also include three relaxation techniques people can practice immediately to feel refreshed and renewed.

The workshop will be Thursday, November 10, 9-11:30 a.m., in the University Center, Room 312.

Register by November 2 at: http://www.umbc.edu/training/community.
