The Office of the Vice President for Research announces “Preparation of Proposals to the National Endowment for the Humanities,” a free grant-writing workshop for faculty and staff, presented by Ralph Pollack, Associate Vice President for Research, Friday, April 29, noon-3 p.m. in LIB 216M.
This workshop builds on the material covered in workshop #020 (“Fundamentals of Proposal Preparation”) and includes methods to tailor proposals to meet the specific requirements of the NEH.

- The NEH Review Process
- The NEH Evaluation Criteria
- Finding the Right Funding Mechanism
- Writing a Fellowship Proposal
- Capturing the Reviewers’ Attention
- Proposal Writing Strategies
