In order to provide regular clinical service hours to UMBC students, University Counseling Services (UCS) has changed its emergency services policy.
Emergency hours are now 11 a.m.-3 p.m. daily. During these hours, a UCS staff member will be on-call and will not schedule routine appointments. Emergency services are still available to students at any time during business hours, but the emergency hours are set aside specifically for such needs.
