UMBC “is a school that offers a great deal, a great opportunity for its students,” said Yvette Mozie-Ross, assistant provost for enrollment management, in the Arbutus Times.
Mozie-Ross responded to the news that UMBC was recently ranked as one of the “Best Values in Public Colleges” by Kiplinger magazine.
