During the past year, the Office of Institutional Advancement and the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences have been developing a campaign to help raise UMBC’s profile as a center for arts and culture that offers a wide range of lectures, exhibitions and performances along with innovative teaching and research. As part of this campaign, we have been developing a “brand identity” that would include a logo, language and other elements.
We are now at a point where we would like to share the initial concepts with the campus community and to ask for your feedback. Since the most effective branding campaigns reflect users’ experiences, we invite you to take part in a survey, the results of which we will use to further refine the brand concepts. The survey takes about 10 to 15 minutes to complete and will ask you to rate the effectiveness of different logos and sample marketing pieces. You will not need to give your name—all survey participants are anonymous.
The survey will close Monday, November 29.
