Laura Hussey, assistant professor of political science, was featured on WBAL-TV’s November 11 investigative segment with reporter Jayne Miller. Reflecting on last winter’s uneven implementation of Baltimore’s snow removal plan in response to messages from elected officials, Hussey remarked, “It’s very disturbing… This might make you wonder—particularly when it has to do with the councilman’s own street—whether the view here is really one of representing constituents per se.”
