According to the College Board, the U.S. is ranked 12th among 36 developed nations in the percentage of young people who hold college degrees. President Freeman Hrabowski was a panelist for the College Board Forum on College Completion on C-SPAN, a discussion on efforts to improve college completion, moderated by NBC’s David Gregory.
