UMBC Magazine seeks fun professors and staff members to star in future “How To” stories, in which experts apply an academic eye to seemingly simple, everyday questions. Past examples include:

• “How to Make a Killer Mix Tape,” featuring music professor Skip Morin
• “How to Purify Water” from the Library pond, featuring Karin Readel
