On Tuesday, October 12, Baltimore county executive candidates Kenneth Holt and Kevin Kamenetz will debate in UMBC’s University Center Ballroom, 7-8:30 p.m. Donald Norris, chair of public policy and director of the Maryland Institute for Policy Analysis and Research, will serve as moderator. Candidates will answer questions from the audience and from a panel including Marjie Slater-Kaplan of the Baltimore County League of Women Voters, Patricia Cook-Ferguson of the Baltimore County NAACP, Brian Sears of Patuxent Publishing and Andy Rosen of the Baltimore Sun. The debate is free and open to the public.
