Join us this fall for one of our fitness classes or clinics at the RAC. We offer a drop-in group fitness schedule that is free to all faculty, staff, students and RAC members. We also have a number of small group classes and clinics for a fee to give you more individualized attention and progression. This fall we are offering Yoga; Fitness Basics, our walking and interval strength building workout; the Get Fit Clinic, where you can get your fitness tested and learn how to design your personal workout plan; and the Strength Training Basics Clinic, which will teach you how to use all the equipment in the weight room and design your personalized strength training program. We also offer a variety of personal training packages for both one on one and small groups.
