In an effort to win support, Republican former Governor Robert L. Ehrlich, Jr. recently spent time in Montgomery County to meet with Democrat voters. In an area that has been traditionally left-leaning, analysts suggest his time would be better spent in areas that offered him more support in his 2002 victory. “Any time spent in Montgomery County is time lost in Baltimore County,” said Donald Norris, chair and professor of public policy.
The article, “Ehrlich’s gamble in Montgomery,” ran August 31 in the Washington Post.
