Most people don’t stick with dietary changes. Snack foods, sodas, skipped meals, bread and bagels, vending machine snacks, lattes and take-out start to slip back into the picture over time. This is simply because the approach most people take to food change is fundamentally flawed.
There is an approach, however, that leverages the true science of your body and mind to reliably and predictably make your healthy habits stick. Most importantly, it leads to energy, vibrant health and permanent weight loss.
In this interactive workshop you will learn the 3 biggest mistakes that doom most well-intentioned dieters; discover the simple process for kicking cravings that sap your energy and degrade your health; and get tips on how to immediately boost your metabolism for energy and weight loss. The program is facilitated by ‘The Baltimore Health Coach’ Lucas Seipp-Williams.
The workshop will be Thursday, October 7th 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m., in the University Center, Room 312.
