Steven McAlpine, assistant director of the Interdisciplinary Studies Program, will be giving a lecture at the National Building Museum on June 19 based on his research at Harvard Project Zero and his work at UMBC. His presentation will focus on the role of the arts in teaching and learning and will include an interactive discussion. There is an optional tour of the museum led by students before the workshop begins.
