Associate Professor of Mathematics and Statistics Sue Minkoff attended the Coalition for National Science Funding Exhibition on Capital Hill as the representative from the American Math Society. The event was held in the Rayburn House Office Building and is attended by Congressional staff, representatives from the scientific community and several members of Congress. Minkoff presented two posters titled “Industrial Modeling and Simulation: the Wave of the Future.” She also had an opportunity to speak with Senators Mikulski and Cardin along with Representative Elijah Cummings.
