Stressed out? Are you too exhausted or in pain by the end of the work day? Do you want strategies for taking better care of your physical and emotional health?
We are on the move all the time at work and at home but do we ever stop to consider how our movement and posture affect both our physical and emotional health? In this interactive workshop you will learn how to reduce pain and stress, improve work performance and increase energy levels. In this program you will learn how to improve posture for seated and standing activities, discover simple exercises that decrease pain and get tips on good habits to incorporate for improving health.
The workshop will be Thursday June 10, noon-1 p.m., in the University Center, Room 312.
