It’s that time of year – spring Commencement is right around the corner!
The Graduate School ceremony is Friday, May 21, at 10 a.m., in the RAC, and the Undergraduate ceremony is Monday, May 24, at 1 p.m., at 1st Mariner Arena. We are looking for volunteers for both ceremonies.
To make the selection easier for you, OIA has again collaborated with OIT to develop a volunteer registration Web site for these ceremonies. Just click here and complete the information. You will see a brief description of the jobs available and the number of staff needed. Many of you like particular jobs, so sign up now before they are filled! You will receive a confirmation e-mail after you submit your selection(s).
We really need your help this year and are asking you to join us for one or both of these wonderful events!
