In today’s fast-paced challenging work environment, the ability to stay focused and get the right things accomplished is more critical to success than ever. This simple and practical forward-focus model is a way of looking at the world that accomplishes goals faster and easier with less stress and more enjoyment. This approach demonstrates how anyone can provide “leadership behavior,” regardless of your role.

This engaging, thought-provoking program will give all faculty and staff ideas they can immediately put into practice to improve creativity, productivity, efficiency, teamwork and morale.

The workshop will be Wednesday, May 5, 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m., in the University Center, Room 312.
