Annual Open Enrollment Period

The Human Resources Department (HR) is preparing for the annual Open Enrollment period. It is the time of year when all eligible faculty and staff may enroll for benefit coverage, change existing benefit coverage or cancel current coverage. This year’s open enrollment period will be April 14-28.

All plan benefits remain the same with one exception:

Flexible Spending Account: Vendor will be Connect Your Care located in Hunt Valley. New plan features include: debit cards for the health care spending account, option to submit claims online or through the new bar coded claim forms.

Open enrollment packets will be delivered to HR. We will notify departmental payroll representatives when open enrollment materials are available for pick up. In the meantime, the HR will be sending out notices regarding planned events.
