Lisa Akchin, assistant to the president and associate vice president of marketing and public relations, was appointed to the Baltimore City School Board. Of her achievements, CEO Andres Alonso said, “She will bring enormous expertise in how what we do links to rigorous higher education and to the larger business community.”
