Introduction to Stress Management (4/22)

In this comprehensive introduction to stress management, Josh Rothschild, director of Stress Management Consultants, will teach the 12 basic steps for attaining greater peace and vitality. This program is interactive and will provide specific tools you can use to make positive changes to reduce the stress and anxiety in your life. The workshop ends with a guided process for deep relaxation.

Participants will learn what stress is and how stress works, the three key areas of stress management, the 12 steps for greater peace and vitality, the one thing you can do immediately to reduce stress and anxiety and how to achieve deep relaxation.

The workshop will be Thursday, April 22, 9-11 a.m., in the University Center, Room 312.
