Small Group Classes and Clinics at the RAC

Join us this spring for our small group classes and clinics at the Retriever Activities Center (RAC).  We will be offering Yoga II, a progressive and relaxing yoga class, on Tuesdays, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.; and Fitness Basics, a cardio and strength training interval class based of fitness walking, on Wednesdays, noon-1 p.m.  Our clinics this semester are: the Get Fit Clinic and Strength Training Basics Clinic.  The Get Fit Clinic will give you all the information and tools you need to design your own fitness program as well as fitness testing and assessments to help you track your progress.  The Strength Training Basics Clinic will teach you how to use the equipment in the weight room, teach you proper form and execution and help you plan your own strength training routine.  Both clinics are offered twice during the semester on Thursdays and Fridays, noon-1 p.m.

Small group classes are $5 per class, the Strength Training Basics Clinic is $30 and meets four times and the Get Fit Clinic is $45 and meets three times. The Get Fit Clinic also includes a free follow-up fitness assessment.
