Robert Deluty, associate dean of the Graduate School, has published a new book of poems, "A Zoo In A Jungle." In his review, Ronald Pies of the S.U.N.Y. Upstate Medical University wrote, "Deluty is that rare writer who sees through humanity’s foibles without sneering at them and who appreciates life’s absurdities without despairing of them. Indeed, his latest work is a kind of celebration of ‘the human zoo’ — one that transforms our self-made cage into a temple of sublime self-discovery."
