Basic Mediator Training (1/5-30)

The Center for Mediation and Conflict Resolution (CMCR), in partnership with the Conflict Resolution Center of Baltimore County, is offering Basic Mediation Training to develop volunteer mediators. The training meets the requirements described in Title 17 of the Maryland Rules of Procedure and includes an apprenticeship, a follow-up five-hour training and a service requirement. The initial 45-hour course will run on weeknights and weekends from January 5-30 and will be conducted at various Baltimore County sites. The complete schedule is identified on the Application for Mediator Training located on CMCR’s Web site.  Space is limited, and applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
