The 42nd Annual Holiday Luncheon is scheduled for Thursday, December 10, noon, at the University Center Ballroom. The inclement weather date is Friday, December 11. This year’s menu includes:
- Fresh seasonal fruit display
- Cheese log with assorted crackers
- Mixed greens dressed with raspberry vinaigrette
- Pesto chicken with sundried tomatoes
- Roasted loin of pork topped with peach chutney
- Penne pasta in a light cream sauce
- Green beans with sauteed mushrooms
- Assorted rolls with sweet butter
- Assorted holiday desserts
- Warm custard bread pudding with vanilla sauce
- Coffee and tea
- Cash bar
- Totally vegan plate will be available
Cost is $15 per person (checks only); seating is limited. Make checks payable to UMBC. Payment and reservations must be received by Friday, December 4, at the Comm Store, University Center, First Floor, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4 p.m.
