Understanding learning styles gives us valuable insight into how people learn best. We all learn in different ways, but those different ways have some common characteristics. Come and learn what your styles are and how to identify the learning styles of your students.
This workshop will be Monday, November 16, noon-1 p.m., in The Commons, Room 329. Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Director of Project Lead the Way Anne Spence will present this brown bag workshop. Spence uses learning styles inventories in her classes and most recently presented the Learning Styles Workshop at the University Retreat in August.
