Free Women’s Self Defense Workshop (10/20)

Join instructor Cathy Johnson for an introduction to self-defense. Learn basic skills, including:

  • Assertiveness and boundary-setting
  • Verbal de-escalation
  • Physical skills and techniques

The workshop will be Tuesday, October 20, 5-7 p.m., in the Women’s Center (The Commons, Room 004). Students, faculty and staff welcome. Space is limited; be sure to call ext. 5-2714 or e-mail womens.center@umbc.edu to reserve your spot.
