Confessions of a Converted Lecturer (11/11)

Eric Mazur, the Balkanski professor of physics and applied physics at Harvard University, thought he was a good teacher until he discovered his students were just memorizing information rather than learning how to understand the material. In this workshop, he will explain how it was his style of teaching that caused his students to fail and how he adjusted his teaching to improve his students’ performance.

The workshop will be Wednesday, November 11, 6 p.m., in the Engineering Building, Lecture Hall 5.
