Maxim Health Systems will be sponsoring two days of seasonal flu shot clinics (not H1N1) on campus on Tuesday, October 6, and Wednesday, October 7, 11 a.m.-3 p.m., at The Commons Main Street. The cost is $25, cash or check only (made out to Maxim Health Systems). Anyone with Aetna insurance can receive a free shot if they can show proof of coverage with their Aetna insurance card.
These flu shot clinics are open to all faculty, staff and students. For more information, contact University Health Services at ext. 5-2542. At this time, University Health Services does not have flu shots available.
