UMBC Remembers 9/11 on Friday, September 11, 8:15 am, at the University Flag Pole. Join us in commemorating the 8th anniversary of 9/11. The ceremony will include music from the UMBC Pep Band, remarks, words of Abraham Lincoln, a moment of silence at 8:46 a.m. and the sounding of taps. The program will conclude with the playing of the Star Spangled Banner.
