Workshop: Go for the Gold: Leading Service Delivery Excellence (9/16)

High performance organizations succeed by creating a thriving culture of superior quality service, and today we must focus more than ever on being creative, efficient and effective.

This workshop is designed for managers who have authority to make decisions and initiate collaborations to improve customer service delivery processes.

The focus will be on how to channel energy toward the activities, systems and tools that will have the greatest impact on efficiently achieving your goals and effectively meeting your customers’ needs.

In this interactive session, you will learn how to create the service delivery culture you really want, develop solutions to change systemic issues that have prevented excellence in the past, team up for success – partner with other managers to enhance service delivery excellence and begin to create a continuous improvement philosophy – employing principles from some of the leaders in service excellence.

The workshop will be Wednesday, September 16, 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., in the University Center, Room 312.
