This workshop will solve the mystery of how to document the everyday business practices of an overwhelmed campus office. With ‘lessons learned’ from the procedures manual project undertaken by the Graduate Admissions office, you will learn step-by-step tips on how to organize and document your standard business practices. You will also have hands-on practice with creating a procedure. These techniques will greatly increase efficiency and effectiveness when a key person is out of the office.
The workshop will be Thursday, September 24, 2-4 p.m., at The Commons, Room 331.
